The objective in this course is to gain confidence and expertise in 10 core bellydance concepts, working week by week with core movements. The curriculum develops the understanding and correct execution of core procedures which can then be manipulated and varied. Students will be shown how to add variety and arm positions, layering with shimmies and rhythm manipulation. The technique will then be put into fun combinations for repetitive drilling so that the movements are understood and start to become muscle memory tools.
